FAQ

1) Where do you ship?
We are currently able to ship only within Europe. The Italian Language website is reserved to customers who do live in Italy and it is not enabled to let you choose a foreign country for the shipment. So, remember to choose ENGLISH as language in the drop-down menu left above if you are in the italian website (www.storebriandales.it).

2) How can I return an item?
You just have to log in and go to My Account. In this page, you have to choose the section RMA. Top right you will find Request New RMA, click on it, choose the number related to the order you want to return and follow the istructions. Print the return label that you will receive per e-mail from our Customer Care Service. Contact DHL by phone or at the website to schedule a suitable date for the pick-up and stick the DHL label on the box. (Please remember to seal properly the box with tape).

3) I'm not registered with your website and now I can't find the RMA module. What can I do to give a item back?
If you are not registered with our website, and for this reason, you can't access to a personal area, you can anyway fill in a RMA module. You have to go to "Request Return" , a section that you can find at the end of every page, or click here. Then, fill in the blanks with your Order Number and e-mail, and click on "Submit Request". In this way, you will manage to start a RMA procedure and follow the whole transaction without a registration.  

4) Can I choose to return or change only part of the order?
Yes of course you can. Just remember to specify what item(s) you want to return or change in the RMA Page.

5) How long does it take to get a refund, after I have returned the item(s)?
Refund times depend on the payment methods:
a) Credit Card or Paypal: usually within 24 hours from the arrival of the item(s) in our warehouse.
b) Different payment methods: usually within 2-3 working days from the arrival of the item(s) in our warehouse.
If you chose to pay through wire tranfer, please remember to write in the notes of the RMA page the exact amount of the returned goods.

6) I can't find my country of origin in the drop-down menu on the shipment page. What can I do?

7) I don't know how to use the Discount Coupon. How does it work?
If you have received a communication e-mail that contains a discount code, you can easily enjoy your Coupon. Put in the Cart the items you want to buy e go to the Cart page. Here you have to insert your personal code in the apposite gaps ‘INSERT CODE’. The system will automatically apply the discount to the total amount of your order. You can use your Discount Coupon just on www.storebriandales.com and it is not redeemable in cash. The code has an expire date and it can be used once.

8) I have some problems with payment via Paypal and I'm not able to complete the transaction.
Please contact us at: customercare@storebriandales.com and ask for support. As an alternative, you can choose to proceed with a different payment method (Bank Transfer). 

9) How do I make sure I am selecting the correct size?
When looking at the product page, select "Size Table", which is located under the size selection of that product. This feature will guide you in selecting the correct size for you. Please remember that different fabrics have different wearbility. If you are still uncertain which size is the best for you, contact us (customercare@storebriandales.com) and we would be happy to assist you.
