1 - Where do you ship?
We are currently able to ship in the following countries: Italia, Europa, USA, UK, Russia.
2 - How can I return an item?
To make a return, access your personal area, enter the "Order History and Details" area to see the list of orders placed. Enter the order that contains the material to be returned by clicking on the "Details" item. Go to the "RETURNS" section, mark the product(s) you wish to return and enter an explanation for the return. At the end, click on the REQUEST RETURN WITH REFUND button, if you want to return the product and get a refund, or the REQUEST RETURN WITH REPLACEMENT button, if you want to return the product and get a replacement. In the case of a replacement request, indicate the new size you wish to receive in the reason for return field.
Once the request has been sent, our team will verify the request data and start the return procedure.
Receive an email with a PDF containing the return instructions.
> For orders shipped to ITALY and/or EUROPE, you will receive an email from our team with the waybill to be pasted outside the package containing the items to be returned (remember to seal the package on all sides). We will book the courier and send it to your shipping address indicated in the return request.
> For orders shipped EXTRA EEC, the package must be sent by you to our warehouse in Bassano del Grappa (to the address indicated in the PDF with the return request).
Once we receive your package, we will notify you by email. Then we will start the verification procedure and subsequently the refund or replacement procedure (based on your request), if the returned goods are compliant.

- all products must be returned in their original packaging and condition, unused and undamaged.

3 - Can I choose to return or change only part of the order?
It is also possible to return only part of an order, simply select only the items you wish to return or exchange.
4 - How long does it take to get a refund, after I have returned the item(s)
Refund times depend on the payment methods:
a) Credit Card or Paypal: usually within 24 hours from the arrival of the item(s) in our warehouse.
b) Scalapay: usually within 24 hours from the arrival of the item(s) in our warehouse.
c) Different payment methods: usually within 2-3 working days from the arrival of the item(s) in our warehouse.
If you chose to pay through wire tranfer, please remember to write in the notes of the return page the exact amount of the returned goods.
5 - I can't find my country of origin in the drop-down menu on the shipment page. What can I do?

6 - I don't know how to use the Discount Coupon. How does it work?
If you have received a communication e-mail that contains a discount code, you can easily enjoy your Coupon. Put in the Cart the items you want to buy e go to the Cart page. Here you have to insert your personal code in the apposite gaps ‘INSERT CODE’. The system will automatically apply the discount to the total amount of your order. You can use your Discount Coupon just on www.storebriandales.com and it is not redeemable in cash. The code has an expire date and it can be used once.
7 - I have some problems with payment via Paypal and I'm not able to complete the transaction.
Please contact us at: firstname.lastname@example.org and ask for support. As an alternative, you can choose to proceed with a different payment method (Bank Transfer).
8 - How do I make sure I am selecting the correct size?
When looking at the product page, select "Size Table", which is located under the size selection of that product. This feature will guide you in selecting the correct size for you. Please remember that different fabrics have different wearbility. If you are still uncertain which size is the best for you, contact us (email@example.com) and we would be happy to assist you.
