Help with your Order

STOREBRIANDALES.COM will send you a confirmation email as guarantee of the complete status of your order.

If you want to change or to delete your order before the item is shipped, you just have to write a e-mail to: ordini@storebriandales.com.

In the case you want to delete entirely your order, you are entitled to a refund of the whole amount paid,and you will receive a confirmation email declaring that your order has been cancelled.
